Located in rural Centerville, KS, the building was originally built in 1918 as a booster station for Amoco oil company. The property was bought by the Eastwood family in 2007. It was then refurbished into an event venue while saving & incorporating the original industrial character of the unique building. Since it's opening, the venue  has held several events such as wedding ceremonies, receptions, business and graduation parties, shopping events, and more.

The venue includes 2 adjoining large rooms that measure 38' x 113' each. Each room can seat 350-375 people with tables & chairs. Within the main foyer, you will find a bar area with ice maker. The venue has 2 kitchens: one standard kitchen and one industrial warming kitchen.Also included are 2 dressing rooms, ADA restrooms, tables, chairs, & cedar benches. For outdoor ceremonies, the venue offers a beautiful clearing nestled within the property's charming wooded area.

Tours of the venue are by appointment only between: 

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm

Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm
